You agree NOT to use RepDemonApp for any of the following:

Illegal or Harmful Activity

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Engaging in illegal activity or supporting others in doing so
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or bullying other users
• Sending spam, phishing, or malware
• Interfering with the security or functionality of the Service

Unauthorized Access

• Attempting to access accounts that don't belong to you
• Using someone else's account without permission
• Sharing your login credentials with others
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access controls
• Reverse-engineering, hacking, or modifying the app code

Content Violations

• Posting sexually explicit, obscene, or adult content
• Sharing copyrighted material you don't own
• Impersonating another person or organization
• Posting personal information of others without consent
• Using the app to promote discrimination, violence, or hatred

Technical Abuse

• Creating automated scripts or bots (except official APIs)
• Scraping user data or personal information
• Overloading servers with requests (denial of service attacks)
• Using the app in ways that degrade performance for others

Commercial Misuse

• Using the app to sell products or services without permission
• Collecting user information for unauthorized marketing
• Operating a competing service using our infrastructure

Consequences of Violations

If you violate this policy, we may:

• Suspend or terminate your account immediately
• Delete your data
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement
• Pursue legal action to recover damages
• Restrict your access to the Service

Fitness & Health Disclaimer

RepDemonApp is a training tracking tool, not medical or professional advice:

• Always consult a healthcare provider before starting new exercise programs
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath
• Use equipment safely and within your physical limits
• We are NOT responsible for injuries from improper form, overexertion, or equipment misuse

Fair Use of the Service

You agree to use RepDemonApp responsibly:

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only (unless authorized)
• Respect other users' privacy and data
• Don't attempt to circumvent any limits or restrictions
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly (contact support@repdemon.app)
• Maintain accurate information in your profile

API Usage (If Available)

If we provide API access:

• You may not use the API to scrape or bulk-download user data
• Rate limits must be respected
• API access is revocable at our discretion
• Commercial use requires separate agreement

Reporting Violations

If you encounter a user or activity violating this policy:

• Do NOT engage with the violating user
• Report the incident to support@repdemon.app with details
• Include screenshots or specific examples if possible
• We will investigate and take appropriate action

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically. Continued use of RepDemonApp after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
